Express Mail services are offered at higher rates. These are the two shipping services that we use. All shipping charges include fees for handling but NOT for insurance. Although insurance is optional, we strongly recommend that you purchase it. Rates for insurance are $3 for the first $100, and $2.00 for each additional $100. Returns: If the merchandise is clearly "defective" we will accept returns for exchanges within 7 days without additonal cost to you. Please note that we inspect merchandise before it is shipped to you. If merchandise that is shipped to you is lost or damaged in transit and you have NOT purchased insurance, then we accept NO liablity for such loss or damage.
